Q: 2.0L or 3.2L engine for 2011 audi Q5?
which one is an overall better choice? and why?

A: Their standard equipment are almost the same and the 3.2l is more expensive just for the engine. But, my choise is 3.2 because is has a 6-speed heavy duty tiptronic automatic transmission, is much better than 2.0 version.

Q: Which one would you choose between an 2011 Acura MDX or Audi Q7/Q5?
I was going for the MDX but was alittle disappointed by the little or no exterior changes they did for 2011. Now I'm leaning towards a Audi Q7 or Q5. Which vehicles would you choose is these were the choices?

A: You also should compare car insurance quotes for cars before buying one, for example here - carquotes.fateback.com

Q: Poll------2011 Audi Q7 or Audi Q5 (both s-line)?
I'm looking for a suv but not sure which to pick. I really like the looks of Q7 but feels it looks bulky and Q5 not as good looking as q7 and big but I feel it's a bit smaller than what I want. I was looking at the MDX but everyone has that carrr!! I'm a 27 yo female ..which car will look best with me???

A: The Audi "S-LIne" for both the Q7 and Q5 are very expensive. The Q5 will be high 40's and the Q7 will be 60k+ I have seen Q7 S lines for $79,995. If you like the MDX, it will be similar in cost to Q5 but is a larger vehicle. Additionally, The Q7 S-line is very limited in supply and the dealers will not discount that car very much. The 2011 Q7 does get better quality ratings than in previous years.

Q: Audi Q5 or the 2011 Infiniti QX?
only these cars please

A: The QX and the Q5 are really different. The QX can fit 7/8 people and it's basically like the Escalade in size. The Q5 is the smaller version of the Q7, and it's basically like the Honda CR-V in size. Depends on what you need the car for.

Q: Can we afford the 2011 Cayenne Porsche?
My husband and I are in the market for a small size SUV. I am interested in a Audi Q5, Range Rover, or the Cayenne. We test drove the Cayenne and I'm very attracted to this vehicle (My husband reviews all the specs to decide thank goodness). He seems to like the vehicle and is leaning towards this, but this is ultimately my decision since I will be the main driver. The price is still a shocker to me, but according to my husband, we can afford it. I feel as though the Q5 is a bit wiser for us. I attempted to research the average income of a Cayenne owner but had no luck. Anyone know what the average income for a purchaser of this SUV or the recommended cost ratio for monthly auto payment vs household income? Please help!

A: Unlike a home loan, there are no standard recommendations for the loan to income ratio for a luxury car loan/purchase. This is because luxury car loans/purchases are basically seen as a discretionary expenditure that can be a traded off with other discretionary expenses such as eating out, entertainment, travel, vacations, private vs public schools, etc. Because buying a luxury vehicle is a discretionary purchase it does not make sense to compare your income to others because a discretionary purchase is not made in terms of affordability but more in terms of desire and what someone is willing to give up to get it. What I mean is that someone with much less income than you is often able to buy the same vehicle because they are willing to give up eating out, vacations, and have their kids go to public schools (rather than private school). Also someone else may have a large enough income where they can aford the same vehicle without any change to their lifestyle (or giving up anything). Thus, comparing income level is almost meaningless because the range of incomes is often a very wide range. At the low end of the range, you'll find people that you would consider to be "poor" buying the same vehicle and then there are people WAY at the top of the range who can afford five of those same vehicles - and all of this tells you nothing about what you can afford. The only real affordability tests for a luxury vehicle purchase are: 1. Can you afford the monthly payment? 2. In doing so, will you have to give up other things? 3. If so, are you willing to give up those things? 4. Or do you may have sufficient additional income where you can add the monthly payment to your existing expenses and not impact on your current lifestyle? That is the basic affordabilty equation. However, the real question for someone like yourself is: Is there a better investment for your discretionary income than a luxury vehicle? Could you buy the Q5 and be happy and put the difference between it and the Porshe into something that would increase in value rather than depreciate quickly? Those are questions that only you can answer. Best of luck to you.

Q: Can't decide between an Acura mdx, Q7, and Q5?
I just stopped by the car dealers bc I wanted to check out the 2 cars I have in mind: 2011 Acura MDX and Audi q7. I like the Acura bc of it's reliability and modern style. It also feels roomy and luxurious but sporty at the same time. The prob is I heard mdx is going to glhave a face lift for 2013 and right now I not to fond of the shield grill style. I'm thinking about the mdx advantage in black. But I don't like how it's such a common car bc all my friends have it. I love the Audi's grill and led headlights and the fact that they change to a V6 engine!! Downside it's it looks alittle too long and the price for the top of the line(s line) prestige is starting at 63k!! That was my first choice other than the Acura. It's not as high tech but definitely feel a big difference when u sit in one. A very high class and luxury feeling! The the sale pointed out the Q5 s line which was smaller and compact. It felt nice sitting in one with the panoramic sun roof. I was also told it was top of it's line. But downside is it's a bit smaller compared to q7 and MDX.:( the price is equivalent to mdx tho. Any suggestions on why I should buy one over the other. Is q7 too big for a female?

A: Your decision should be based on what you will use the vehicle for. I have test driven the Q5 and love the ride. Do you need third row seating? Room for more than groceries? How many passengers will you be driving on a regular basis? Those should be the questions you ask yourself and once you answer them you will chose the correct one.
